Now Hiring in West Broward
Swimingo teaches private, one-on-one swim lessons at the client's own pool, and our Florida expansion starts in the west Broward County corridor. This page is written for instructors: which towns we are hiring for, what the corridor is like to work in, and how to apply. For the wider picture, start with swim instructor jobs in Florida.

The five towns are about twenty minutes apart, which is the operational reason we picked them: one instructor's route can serve more than one town in a day instead of losing the afternoon to I-75. When you apply, you set how far you are willing to drive, so you decide how much of the corridor you want to cover.
The schedule is yours as well. You choose your own schedule and work hours, and because South Florida pools do not close for winter, mobile swim instructor work here does not thin out in October the way it does in a seasonal market. Instructors are independent contractors who set their own schedules; pay is competitive, and the specifics are confirmed with you during the application rather than posted on this page.
Swimingo also takes the hassle out of finding clients. Families come to us already looking for private lessons at home, so your time goes into teaching instead of advertising or chasing leads.

The corridor is full of backyard pools, community lakes, and canals, which is exactly why one-on-one lessons in a family's own water fit this market. Instructor coverage is what decides where Swimingo teaches next in Broward County — towns come online as instructors join.
The application asks about your swim instruction certifications, along with your work experience, the service area and radius you want, your preferred age groups and swim levels, and your weekly availability. Because you travel to each client's pool, you will also need your own reliable transportation.
